Children’s Ministry

We strive to be a warm and welcoming place where elementary-aged children learn, experience, and share the depth of Jesus’ love. It is our aim that children learn not only the individual stories of the Bible, but how they connect with the overarching story of the Bible: a story of God’s love and redemption through Jesus Christ.

Weekly Opportunities for Children

Equip Sunday School
9:30 am
Building A (Sanctuary building)
Our Equip Sunday School classes offer grade-appropriate lessons for our elementary-aged students. Children may also attend the 9:30 am worship service.

Mountaintop Kids
11:00 am
Building C (Worship Center)
Children begin the hour by attending worship in the Worship Center. Before the sermon, children are given the option of being dismissed from the service to participate in “Mountaintop Kids” children’s church.

Wednesday Night Live
5:50 pm
Building C (Worship Center)

Children may choose one of two tracks: children’s choir or missions. In choir, kids will learn to lead worship. In missions, kids will learn about our missional partners and do hands-on projects. At 6:30, both groups join together for community building and a Bible lesson.

Other Opportunities
5:50 pm
Our children have two opportunities to engage in Music Ministry: Children’s Choir (K–5th grade) and Chimers (2nd–5th grade). For more information, please visit our music page.
